Common questions
Do I have to pay the full price online?
No. You pay a 20% deposit by Stripe or PayPal to reserve the spot. The balance is paid in cash on the day, in EUR or USD.
Where do you pick me up?
From your hotel lobby in any of our covered zones (Bávaro, Punta Cana, Bayahibe, La Romana, Juan Dolio, Boca Chica, Santo Domingo). Or directly from any major airport — see the booking form for the surcharge.
What if it rains?
If we cancel the tour for weather, we refund the deposit in full or move you to another date. If you decide to cancel because of weather but we run the tour, the deposit is non-refundable.
Can children come?
Yes — most tours have a child price (usually half of the adult rate). Boat tours have a minimum age of 4 for safety. Tell us ages so we bring proper life vests.
What languages do your guides speak?
English, Spanish and French on every tour. German on request (advance notice required).
